近年來很多研究是關(guān)于脂滴(Lipid drops,LDs)與一些疾病的關(guān)系,比如脂肪肝、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、腎臟脂質(zhì)代謝紊亂、肥胖癥等。perilipin(PLIN)家族是目前研究較多的LDs結(jié)合蛋白。在哺乳動(dòng)物中PLIN家族共有五個(gè)成員,分別是perilipin, adipophilin,TIP47, S3-12 和MLDP/OXPAT ,也叫做 PLIN1-5 ,分布在身體的各個(gè)部位。
為了方便客戶,同時(shí)可以做多個(gè)指標(biāo)研究,Progen特意為客戶準(zhǔn)備了同時(shí)包含PLIN1-5抗體的set,更加節(jié)省成本。
